Details of the offer

Purpose of Role: To effectively execute overall project administration duties to support the project management process for the successful delivery of projects. Ensure day to day administration of projects are administered in a timely manner and necessary tasks are performed proficiently. Providing a high-quality support to keep a project running smoothly, such as documentation management, stakeholder liaison, project/meeting coordination, scheduling, and monitoring in conjunction with strict deadlines and in accordance with company procedures. Manage and control the project administration function successfully, in order to contribute to the success of the business unit, in line with the objectives of the company.Key Accountabilities:Ensure the project administration function runs in a stable and efficient manner by coordinating all necessary administrative requirements on projects.Monitor and expedite projects status to ensure due dates are met; Manage compliance of products from a delivery date, Technical specification, and Quality Control perspective.Coordinate and integrate project schedules; Facilitate and run Project meetings, Kick-off meetings, and handover meetings.Liaise with Technical, Quality Control, and Production on a regular basis in relation to documentation and project status; Liaise with Purchasing on deliverables.Serve as the main point of contact for all project communication, including direct customer liaison and management of customer communication both internal and external.Maintain record document circulation, as well as retrieve and maintain project information; Implement technical and commercial specification, as well as manage related queries.Manage production of Project units, Performance & Hydrostatic test through to job completion and delivery.Monitor received orders commercially, stage payments, and invoice through to job close out.Produce weekly status reports (multiple projects).Comply with and enforce all company policies and procedures, as well as carry your duties in a manner which conforms to current Health and Safety legislation, upholding the company's Health and Safety Policy.Carry out all other reasonable tasks that may be delegated from time to time.Assist fellow employees with daily functions as and when required; Assist project commercial with reporting on order intake and turnover.Seniority LevelEntry levelEmployment TypeContractJob FunctionAdministrativeIndustriesStaffing and Recruiting
