Continous Improvement Superintendent - Mining

A Mining house based in the Northern Cape is looking for a Continuous Improvement Superintendent.
Duties: Leading the continuous improvement initiatives which include identifying opportunities.
Evaluating business processes.
Translating business requirements into system requirements.
Developing and implementing solutions.
Creating continuous improvement awareness.
Monitoring new processes and providing ongoing support to manage the organisation through various change initiatives.
Qualifications: Certificate: Grade 12 B Tech / Bachelor degree: Mining Engineering / Industrial Engineering Management Development Programme CI related Certification (Advantageous) #J-18808-Ljbffr
