Business Segment: Personal & Private BankingLocation: ZA, Northern Cape, Kimberley, Corner Lennox and Bultfontein RoadTo proactively develop acquisition prospects at scale by focusing on sectors (which may not be CIB or BCC focus) that demonstrate Personal and Affluent Banking opportunities in order to aggressively grow the market in line with financial and non-financial objectives.
Proactively manage the Acquisition Bankers to sell to new and existing customers via visits, virtual engagements, e-mail, and telephone.
This will likely also include supporting client entrenchment and servicing.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Degree in Business CommerceExperience Required:Personal and Private Banking3-4 years experience in preparing and motivating Credit applications is essential.Additional Information:Challenging IdeasConveying Self-ConfidenceCross and Up-Selling
