Role OverviewThe Content & Digital Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing content and digital strategies to drive engagement and support brand objectives. This role requires a blend of creative writing skills and digital marketing expertise, with a focus on content creation, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning and Ownership: develop and own comprehensive digital and content strategies that align with business goals, secure approvals, and lead implementation to drive impactful results.Content Strategy and Creation: develop and implement comprehensive content strategies, including detailed content calendars, to drive engagement and support marketing goals. Craft compelling content for various digital platforms such as websites, social media, email, and blogs.Digital Campaign Execution: develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across CRM systems, email, SEO, SEM, and social media, ensuring top-notch performance and brand consistency.CRM and Email Marketing: utilise CRM systems to segment data, manage email/sms/webinar/survey marketing campaigns to nurture leads, cross-sell products, and enhance customer value.Performance Tracking, Reporting and Data Analytics: monitor key performance indicators and campaign metrics, provide actionable insights, and report progress to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.Cross-Functional Collaboration: work seamlessly with internal teams and external partners to align strategies, coordinate efforts, and ensure effective implementation.Minimum QualificationsDegree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Writing or a related field. Advance digital certifications are a plus.
Experience5-7 years in digital marketing, with a focus on content creation and strategy, ideally within the employee benefits or financial services sector, with a focus on B2B.
Analytical Prowess: expert in managing and growing key digital metrics with a proven track record in leveraging data to drive strategy and improve performance.CRM and Email Marketing: deep proficiency with CRM systems and email marketing platforms, including segmentation, automation, and targeted campaigning.Digital Expertise: strong background in digital marketing tools, SEO, SEM, and content management, with hands-on experience in Google Analytics and LinkedIn.Targeted Campaigning: proficiency and proven experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and social selling, specifically on LinkedIn.Content Mastery: skilled in creating compelling content and managing editorial calendars to support strategic goals.Hands-On Approach: practical experience in implementing digital campaigns and content strategies, with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.The NMG SA Group of Companies are authorised financial service providers t/a NMG Benefits.
