RealNZ, a leading tourism company, is looking for a talented and experienced Contact Centre and Reservations Consultant fluent in Mandarin to join our team. This remote position offers you the chance to handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional service, and make reservations for our clients, all from the comfort of your own home.As our new consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. Your main tasks will include answering phone calls, emails, and live chats promptly and professionally. You'll provide outstanding customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs, making accurate reservations, and handling complaints with effective solutions.
