We are currently recruiting for a Call Center Manager, which is a contract position with one of our clients. We need someone who is available immediately and has experience in the role.RequirementsMinimum of 3 years experience as a Contact Centre ManagerMust have managed at least 8 Team Leaders or over 150 seats in a contact centerBachelor's Degree in Business AdministrationProven experience in managing a contact centerExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesIf you meet the requirements, we will contact you.
