We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who can take the consumer experience and engagement to a next level at Kimberly-Clark, benchmarking with the best-of-the-best in the industry.
Responsibilities Responsible to drive purposeful consumer experience with unique value proposition, working directly with the EM (Enterprise Markets) Sectors (Adult, feminine care AFC and Baby, child care BCC) to unlock more business impact. Partner with the sector leads to build new capabilities in Consumer Experience Roadmap, Consumer Engagement Enhancement, content, PESO planning and Brands.com. Build a strong regional team internally within KC and externally with agency partners. Collaborating with the EM sector team on new commercial programs and campaigns. Advocating for the consumer perspective to enhance and refine campaigns using consumer data, 0PD/1PD, CRM programs, and past campaign results. Partnering with sector agencies to create high-quality content, including digital content tailored to markets and specific purposes. In one of our professional roles, you'll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
10-15 years of extensive experience in consumer experience and engagement across various markets. Proven track record of success in driving purposeful consumer experience with unique value proposition and differentiated experience. Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem and channel orchestration between owned channels with paid and earned. Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
