Ensure all required projects and strategic initiatives within scope are planned, resourced, scheduled and managed correctly to ensure that timelines are met within budget and that the projected benefits are achieved.
Responsible for overseeing all consumer education initiatives on behalf of Hollard Group for the FSC scorecard, as well as running with several ESG related projects.
Responsibilities would include the co-ordination of different groups of people, from varying disciplines associated with the project, exploring new projects / interventions, setting up and progressing new initiatives and monitoring and reporting on existing initiatives. Ensures that the projects are delivered within the budgeted time frames and cost constraints.
Ensures that quality is maintained.
Key Responsibilities Consumer education: Update consumer education report monthly with activities done in that month and send to finance team.
Save all the required evidence for the verification agent monthly (invoices, proof of payments, etc.).
Set up, prepare (toolkit, registers, evaluation forms, certificates, booklets), manage logistics (transport, and sometimes flights & accommodation) and catering, and (sometimes) facilitate StreetWise Finance sessions with various audiences.
Collect registers and keep track of number of people reached.
Manage stock levels of training materials.
Manage consumer education budget and how it should be allocated across the licences and that all rules accordingly to the consumer education guidance note are met.
Draft/update contracts with service providers.
Update and review training material when needed.
Review marketing material and work with marketing team to design and order new collateral.
Run with meetings with internal and external stakeholders and take and manage minutes and actions from meetings.
Review spend for all four licences monthly and compare to consumer education report to ensure they align and if not, to investigate further.
Explore new, impactful, effective ways to spend the consumer education budget in line with our shared value model.
Create and roll-out pre- and post-session surveys to measure impact.
ESG: Monitor, evaluate impact and report on existing initiatives.
Explore new initiatives that fall within our shared value model and focus areas.
Project manage new initiatives to completion.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to get new initiatives up and running and to ensure effective running of existing initiatives.
Run with meetings with internal and external stakeholders and take and manage minutes and actions from meetings.
Manage spend on each initiative and ensure within budget constraints.
Engage with the marketing team on setting up / creating brochures, presentations, webinars, etc.
