Introduction
The IBM Systems Lab Services organization is looking for a senior IT Management Consultant with expertise in PowerVM, Hybrid Cloud, Containers, Security, & DevOps architectural methods technology and products to lead and deliver pre-sales and post-sales client engagements that enable the adoption of Power.

Your Role and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing and delivering IBM POWER solution design, architecture, and implementation of IBM POWER solutions which may include:

Technical Requirements Capable to Deliver Independently in 4 or more Topics: Private & Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure: PowerVM, PowerVC, or Cloud Management ConsoleContainerization Technology: Openshift, Kubernetes, or Serverless FunctionsDatabases: Oracle, SAP HANAAutomation: Terraform, or AnsibleHigh Availability: PowerHA, VMRecovery Manager, or LinuxHASecurity: PowerSC, Security Compliance, Security Auditing, MFA, or File / Database EncryptionPrevious IBM Power and strong PowerVM skills are required. You will work with customers and IBM Sales and Business Partners to position, scope, and deliver IBM POWER. Candidates must possess a strong background in executive consulting or technical sales and be capable of delivering independently in 1 or more domains listed in the technical skills portfolio.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise 5+ years' experience working with one or more topics listed below: Private & Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure: PowerVM, PowerVC, or Cloud Management ConsoleContainerization Technology: Openshift, Kubernetes, or Serverless FunctionsDatabases: Oracle on Power, SAP HANA on Power, PostGres, or MariaDBAutomation: Terraform, or AnsibleHigh Availability: PowerHA, VMRecovery Manager, or LinuxHASecurity: PowerSC, Security Compliance, Security Auditing, MFA, or File / Database Encryption5+ years' experience in: Customer facing communications, requirements analysis, documentation, and report presentations.Project management and the ability to collaborate across teams globally.Ability to lead customer technical workshops with up to 20+ people.Candidate should be self-organized, eager to learn with a strong sense of analysis & troubleshooting skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Readiness to travel up to 20% annually.English: Fluent.
