To conduct income verification and quality checks on all applications. To accurately perform credit analysis, fraud as first line defence, Know Your Customer and Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act as well as due diligence checks, limiting the risk of fraudulent/inaccurate document processing. To accurately scrutinise applications in the required turnaround times ensuring a high level of customer service and stakeholder management to maintain and retain new business take-up.
