Consultant, Vaf Sales (Dealer)

Business Segment: Business & Commercial BankingResponsibilitiesFocus on portfolio relationship management (e.g. dealers: F&I (Finance and Insurance Manager, Dealer Principal and Sales Managers).Achieve agreed volumes, pricing, quality, and objectives of VAF through effective servicing of existing dealer groups, independent dealerships with approved dealer status, approved suppliers, and agents.Service existing dealerships through effective sales management and marketing of products to achieve agreed targets and drive growth for Personal and Business Banking in the dealer segment.Execute vehicle and asset finance (VAF) sales opportunities within agreed/chosen segments and channels to achieve desired targets and build/manage effective relationships.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsMatric CertificateTertiary Sales qualification highly advantageousExperience Required3-5 years' work experience in a business-related role, preferably within banking or financial services.This is not a Dealership role and requires experience within a Finance House (Bank or Financial Services).3-5 years in a highly pressurized sales and/or relationship management environment.Experience in a customer-facing environment.Additional InformationAdopting Practical ApproachesArticulating InformationConveying Self-ConfidenceDeveloping ExpertiseDirecting PeopleExamining InformationFollowing ProceduresInteracting with PeopleResolving ConflictApplication & Submission Verification (Business Banking)Please note: All our recruitment processes comply with the applicable local laws and regulations.
