What you will bring2-3 years in a long-term insurance complaint management environmentIn-depth knowledge of policy administration and claims processesRoot cause and trend analysis methods and processesTertiary qualification in Commerce / LawRE5 (ideal)Knowledge of Capitec Bank systems (Ideal)Knowledge of long-term insurance regulatory environment (FAIS, PPR, FSCA, LTI Act, etc.)What you will be doingComplaint Resolution and Root Cause AnalysisStakeholder Engagement and DevelopmentContribute to Continues Systems and Process ImprovementRecord-Keeping and reporting.Conditions of EmploymentClear criminal and credit recordCapitec is committed to diversity and, where feasible, all appointments will support the achievement of our employment equity goals.
