The Legends Agency - South Africa - We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Quantity Surveyor to join our team based in Blackheath, Cape Town. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of our construction projects. This includes both new construction works and alteration projects.Duties & ResponsibilitiesCost Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring that all costs are controlled and in line with them. Ensure all documentation is prepared in compliance with contractual obligations and company standards.Reporting: Prepare regular reports on the financial and contractual status of projects, including cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and budget variances. Report directly to senior management on project progress and financial status.Desired Experience & QualificationQualifications and Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.- Permanent - Full-time
