A leading multi-disciplinary consulting firm specializing in the built environment is seeking a professionally registered Construction Project Manager with Pr.CPM and 5 years of consulting experience.
Key Responsibilities · Manage projects across scope, cost, and schedule, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
· Oversee project procurement, risk management, and communication with stakeholders.
· Act as Principal Agent, leading construction contracts and professional teams.
· Prepare bids, fee proposals, and conduct technical meetings.
Qualifications & Skills · BSc Construction Studies/Management/Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
· Professional registration (Pr.CPM) is mandatory.
· Proficient in JBCC, FIDIC, NEC, GCC contracts and MS Project.
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
