This role involves project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure successful completion of construction projects.Key Responsibilities:Project Management: Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Compliance: Ensure adherence to South African construction standards, regulations, and best practices as per the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) National Qualifications Framework (NQF) and South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP) requirements.Coordination: Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.
