Construction Manager

Job Title: Construction Manager Location: Northern Cape, Kgalagadi District, Kathu Job Type: Contract, Full-Time Job Duties: Manage and oversee all construction activities on-site Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project completion within budget and schedule Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations Prepare and update project schedules and budget reports Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders Required Qualifications: Proven experience as a Construction Manager Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Health and Safety certification Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management Knowledge and Skills: Proficient in project management software Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities Understanding of budgeting and financial management Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: Chartered status with a relevant professional body Previous experience in the mining industry Working Conditions: Work on-site in various weather conditions Travel may be required to different project locations Regular interaction with construction team members and stakeholders
