Construction Manager

We are looking for a reliable Construction Manager to plan construction projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling of the projects.Responsibilities:Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completionReview the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costsOversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulationsCoordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractorsSelect tools, materials and equipment and track inventoryMeet contractual conditions of performanceReview the work progress on a daily basisRequirements:National Diploma/BTech/BSc/BEng in Civil Engineering or similarOver 10 years' of extensive experience in roads and earthworksPr CPM/Pr CM registration with SACPCMP or Pr Eng/Pr Tech Eng/Pr Techni Eng registration with ECSAAdvanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methodsExpert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standardsFamiliarity with construction management software packagesTo apply for this role, please visit the RPO recruitment website or connect with one of our consultants regarding this vacancy.
