Construction Manager

Hire Resolve is currently looking for a competent and experienced Construction Manager to join our client's team in Durban.As Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely completion of projects.Main Responsibilities:Plan and coordinate construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocationOversee and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliersEnsure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standardsReview project specifications, blueprints, and drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibilityResolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during constructionMonitor project progress and make adjustments as neededPrepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholdersManage project budgets and control costsImplement and enforce health and safety protocolsRequirementsMinimum 15 years of construction experience in large corporationsExperience in mechanical, piping, and structural steelProficiency in installation of heat exchangers and pressurized equipmentRegistered with PMI (Project Management Institute) and PPM (Professional Project Manager)SACPMP registeredComputer literate, proficient in MS Project or Primavera for creating project schedulesAbility to liaise with clientsExperienced in managing supervision and assembling method statementsProficient in planning and coordinating different disciplinesFluent in EnglishConducts oneself professionally at all timesDemonstrates an excellent track record with contactable referencesBenefitsSalary: NegotiableContact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.You can also visit the Hire Resolve website: hireresolve.us or email us your CV: ****** will contact you telephonically in 3 days should you be suitable for this vacancy.
