The Construction Estimator forms part of the construction department and is responsible for preparing construction estimates in support of the proposals department.
The Construction Estimator is responsible for preparing all construction-related deliverables associated with the estimating and tendering process, whether during the bid phase or during execution.
EducationRelevant Engineering degree / Diploma. QS qualification.Work ExperienceMinimum of 10 years' experience in construction estimation.Experience with tendering on projects located in Africa.Prior site management experience in multi-disciplinary projects.A good understanding of contracts such as NEC and FIDIC.
