Technical Skills – thorough understanding of computer system and hardware as well as ability to troubleshoot.
Strong knowledge of components including CPU's, GPU's, motherboards, RAM, storage devices, cooling systems.
Proficiency in installing and configuring operating systems

Customer Service – ability to listen to needs and explain computer best practice and software

Problem Solving – ability to breakdown problems and find solutions

Attention to detail – ability to maintain precision when working with computer software and computers

Patience – ability to practice patience in finding a problem and executing it
