Senior Node.js & React Developer (Back-end) Remote from South Africa (SA Citizen/Residents) Some US hours required Job Description : One of our US based clients are seeking skilled Senior Back-end Developers to join their dynamic team in creating innovative application solutions.
This role focuses on back-end development using Node.js and React , with a strong emphasis on seamless AWS integration .
Key Responsibilities : Develop and maintain robust back-end systems using Node.js and React.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate with AWS-based services.
Adapt and learn Kotlin if not already proficient.
Candidates with Java experience are encouraged to apply, as Kotlin is easy to pick up for those familiar with Java.
Qualifications : Proficiency in Node.js and back-end development.
Experience or familiarity with AWS services.
Java or Kotlin knowledge is a plus, with training provided for Kotlin as needed.
Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and integrate effectively into a team.
Work Details : Full-time position.
Must overlap with US working hours by at least 3 hours, with additional overlap during on-boarding and training.
Multiple positions are available for senior-level developers, where seniority is determined by demonstrated expertise rather than years of experience.
