Our ClientA management consultancy specializing in Strategic Compliance, Legal and Risk Management with emphasis on driving international expansion and business modelling for its clients.They are looking for an ambitious and driven candidate who will take the role as a Compliance Officer working within the dynamic Compliance Specialist Team.Duties & ResponsibilitiesClient facingManage and support our clients with compliance and legal requirements.Audit and Review of compliance processes including but not limited to credit risk management issues.Support on renewal of Global Insurance Programme (D&O, Public Liability Insurance, Errors & Omissions/PI and Employment Liability Insurance)Identifying Regulatory and Operational Risk and reporting it to the Management.Review of the engagement of contractors, 3rd party vendors and management/umbrella companies GloballyAdvising on Risk Management issues impacting company Global OperationsAssist in drafting policies to comply with compliance and regulatory requirementsDesired Experience & QualificationLegal DegreeAdmitted AttorneyMinimum 2-3 years work experience in Compliance or Legal related functionStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to communicate effectively with managementWork independently with minimal supervisionSpartan-like work ethic and commitment to completing tasksAbility to switch from various tasks throughout the dayPackage & RemunerationSalary market related
