As we expand our Compliance division in Woodstock, Cape Town, we're seeking a dedicated Compliance Administrator to join our newly established team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in our growth to aid with getting our healthcare workers compliant, whilst delivering top-notch customer service to our candidates. Every day you will… Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to oversee the entire compliance process, ensuring all healthcare candidates meet necessary pre-employment requirements to commence work smoothly.Liaise with teams across the organisation to streamline compliance procedures, ensuring efficiency and timeliness.Maintain our internal database to track and update compliance statuses for current healthcare workers and onboard new candidates.Oversee the collection and management of required right-to-work documentation, including Proof of ID, Eligibility to Work, DBS checks, and professional registrations.To thrive in this role, you must ideally have… Previous compliance or Recruitment experienceExcellent communication skills when speaking with candidates over the phone or via emailThe ability to organise and prioritise your workload in a fast-paced environment with the experience of working towards deadlinesWhat's in it for you?
