Position: Company Secretary Administrator / Corporate Governance OfficerLocation: CenturionOverview:An established accounting firm in Centurion is seeking a meticulous and experienced Company Secretary Administrator to manage corporate governance and compliance duties for a diverse client portfolio.
The role demands strong organizational skills and an eye for detail, with responsibilities spanning statutory compliance, company registrations, and corporate amendments.Key Responsibilities:Drafting Board and Shareholder minutes, and preparing written resolutions with high accuracy and efficiency.Setting up and maintaining statutory registers for members, directors, and other key stakeholders.Ensuring timely completion of statutory returns, filings, and notifications.Handling company registrations, amendments, and deregistrations with CIPC.Managing company name reservations, share buy-backs, and premium transactions.Administering company share registers using specialized software.Filing annual returns and processing auditor and secretary appointments.Requirements:Proven experience in corporate governance and statutory compliance.Familiarity with CIPC processes and relevant software (experience with Profsoft Solutions is advantageous).Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.This role is an excellent opportunity for a corporate governance professional to contribute to a reputable Centurion-based firm dedicated to providing comprehensive administrative support to its clients.
