What will you do: Manage and engage with the community on platforms like Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and othersBuild and maintain relationships with parents, learners and staff through active community managementMonitor community interactions, ensuring conversations remain respectful, relevant and aligned with our valuesAct as the primary point of contact for community inquiries, addressing concerns and feedback promptly and professionallyIdentify and foster opportunities for meaningful engagement, increasing participation and strengthening community tiesProactively maintain a positive online presence, staying responsive and available regularlyEnsure all interactions reflect the commitment to creating a safe and supportive environment for all membersWhat will you need: Proven experience in social media and community management (preferably in an educational or similar field)Hands-on approach, with the ability to actively manage and engage the communityStrong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and how to foster community growth and interactionMust be highly responsive, intelligent, trustworthy and proactiveNot a role for agency experience; must be able to work independently and manage the community in-houseExcellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on maintaining a positive and professional online atmosphereSalary: R Job Reference #: 1146831
