Community Liaison / Marketing & Communication Manager (Hoa) – George

Duties: Communicate with residents on an ongoing basis via all platforms.Produce and promote the internal magazine every three months and secure advertisers.Produce the newsletters for the HOA and the Estate on alternate weeks.Communicate all emergency updates promptly.Requirements: Grade 12.Relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous.Good understanding of PR and communication techniques.Previous experience in property and property transfers is a big plus.Strong communication skills (both verbal & written).Excellent presentation skills.Must be fully computer literate.Must have the ability to listen and resolve conflict.Articulate.Must be able to work flexi-hours and weekends when required.Must have contactable references.
