They are committed to delivering exceptional service and products to their customers, and they value efficient and effective sales administration as a key component of their operations.Summary: Main focus will be dealing with our various platforms and communication with all customer queriesKey Responsibilities:.Communicate with customers provide updates and resolve any queries or issues.Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products, prices, and availability.Monitor and follow up on all communications (email & WhatsApp & telephone)Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Strong administration skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and managing records.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues effectively.High level of integrity and professionalism.Must be strong with computer skillsKeen eye for detail & sticking to proceduresWell-spoken and enjoy interacting with people.
