Communications Co-Ordinator - Swellendam

Reporting directly to the Chief Liaison Officer, this role is responsible for developing and implementing internal communication strategies that enhance employee engagement, promote company culture and ensure effective information flow within the organization.RequirementsQualification and ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Communications, CSI, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.2 years of relevant working experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field.Experience in content creation and managing communication channels.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with communication platforms and tools.Experience in event management, including planning and executing corporate events.Experience with social media management and digital marketing.Experience managing Corporate Social Investment (CSI) activities and community development initiatives.Knowledge, Skills and AttributesHigh level of attention to detail and accuracy.Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.A team player with a collaborative approach.Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Should you not receive a response within 10 working days, please consider your application as unsuccessful.
