The Director will be responsible for the development and execution of a global communications strategy that enhances the visibility and impact of WomenLift Health.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Communications: Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to enhance global and regional awareness of the organization's mission, programs, and impact.Thought Leadership: Position the organization as a recognized leader on women's leadership, highlighting its relevance to global health.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse communications team, ensuring collaborative approaches.Storytelling and Content Creation: Develop platforms for compelling storytelling of women leaders in global health.Media Relations and Digital Strategy: Cultivate relationships with international media outlets to secure coverage of WomenLift Health's work.Stakeholder Engagement: Develop strategies to engage key stakeholders, including donors and program participants.Event Management: Plan and execute conferences and workshops to engage stakeholders.Impact Reporting: Contribute to the production of annual reports and track communication effectiveness.Crisis Communication: Develop and implement crisis communication plans.QualificationsMasters' degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.Minimum of 15 years of experience in a senior communications role.Proven management experience including coordinating cross-functional teams.Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage global communication strategies.Exceptional storytelling abilities and experience crafting impactful messages.How to ApplyTo apply, submit resume and cover letter through Jobsoid link.
