Assist in Group and local statutory audits, ensuring accurate financial statements and acting as the main contact for external auditorsManage internal teams to ensure timely data submission in line with schedulesOversee Group consolidation and monthly, quarterly, and annual reportingSupport the GFC in implementing best practices for financial reporting in a growing businessCollaborate with FP&A and accounting teams to enhance Group reporting capabilitiesProvide expert guidance on accounting issues and new developments to divisional finance teamsEnsure compliance with IFRS, including drafting policies and guidanceWork with internal systems and accounting teams to implement an integrated reporting toolAdvise on effective controls to meet international standards and regulationsHandle statutory and regulatory submissions for Group entities Skills & Experience: Minimum of 3 years post article experienceMulti-currency or Multi-national experienceExperience in building controls and best practicesManagement experience is non-negotiableExtensive experience in Consolidations and preparation of Annual Financial StatementsAudit co-ordination experienceQualification:CA(SA) Contact ALEXANDRA MALONEY on
