Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Representative to join their team.
Job Summary:  The primary purpose of the Commercial Sales Representative is to promote, maintain, and grow top-line sales for the client through wholesale channels, specific products, and promotions.
This role involves gathering client intelligence, analysing data, and providing feedback to key stakeholders for informed business decisions.
The Commercial Sales Rep will identify new opportunities, generate leads, and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring compliance with the franchise image.
Requirements:  Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
Relevant post-matric qualification in sales (advantageous).
At least 3 years of experience in a similar sales role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Familiarity with market research techniques for identifying potential clients.
Valid Code 08 license and own transport.
Responsibilities:  Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities by researching potential clients and expanding the customer base through lead generation.
Client Engagement: Engage prospective clients through calls, emails, meetings, and presentations.
Promote sales through pre-cycle meetings and other strategic engagements.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets and grow the commercial client base.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services, effectively communicating their value to customers.
Negotiation and Closing: Manage the full sales cycle, including negotiation, contract discussions, and deal closing.
Conduct regular business reviews.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Recruit franchise members and present franchise benefits.
Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Reporting and Data Analysis: Track sales performance and pipeline status, providing detailed reports to management.
Update customer data and generate relevant business insights.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) to align strategies and deliver excellent customer experiences.
Target Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and KPIs.
Training and Support: Provide training to business users on BI tools and help them interpret data insights for better business decisions.
Forecasting and Trend Analysis: Support predictive analysis and forecasting to inform business planning.
