Commercial Manager/Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities: Contracts management: Understanding and managing construction and sales contracts. Negotiating and finalising contracts with clients and partners. Ensuring compliance with legal and company regulations. Sales and Business Development: Identifying and developing new business opportunities. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Creating and executing sales strategies to achieve business goals. Requirements: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction or manufacturing industry. Proven track record in managing construction and sales contracts. Experience in dealing with complex political construction environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Projects. Familiarity with costing platforms like Candy is advantageous Approachable and likeable personality with excellent interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to think critically and challenge ideas constructively. Reliable, trustworthy, and hard-working.
