The Commercial Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing operations of the packaging company in Pinetown. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development within the packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the packaging industry
Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
Present products and services to potential clients and partners
Work closely with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products
Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities and threats
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
Lead and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the packaging industry
Strong understanding of market trends and competition
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
