Commercial Head of ProductWant to be the next Commercial Head of Product for a technology solution offering users the ability to chat, discover, and pay for goods and services without having mobile data?This company that we have partnered with is looking for a Head of Product for their digital wallet that has over 6 million active users!Need Experience In:Development, review, and refinement of mobile payments growth strategiesDevelopment and roll out of consumer and vendor product enhancement featuresSetting vendor team objectives and monitoring deliveryDevelopment and implementation of marketing and communications plansRefinement and implementation of product pricing modelsMonitoring and improvement of overall customer satisfaction.Requirements:Demonstrable knowledge of the SA payments/Virtual Wallets/Mobile MoneyYou will be working with their CCO and CTO, ensuring that their team structure, pricing models, and commercial disciplines - including marketing and customer service - are the right ones to deliver very strong growth at an attractive ARPU. Your role will be focused on South Africa and you will report directly to their CCO.
