This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Finance and InsuranceManager to join the team at our Dome branch in Randburg!Commercial Finance & InsuranceMain Purpose of this job: To professionally handle the financial aspect of We Buy Cars' clients' when buying a used commercial vehicle. This can only be done by a suitably qualified and appointed representative.Duties & Responsibilities:Take over the financial aspects of commercial vehicle transactions from the Sales ExecutivesSubmit applications to the banksEffectively manages the processing of finance applications and maximize profitability for the dealer in placing the business at the most favorable returnExplain offerings and recommend products to meet the needs of the clientEnsuring clients are given advice to make informed decisionsUnderstanding and complying with regulations that affect the used-vehicle and finance departmentsEnsure applications and paperwork are completed correctly and in a timely mannerSkills/Personal attributes:MotivatedConfidentAssertiveStrong administrative skills with attention to detailCustomer service driven with a focus on building positive relationshipsCalm and composed under pressureExcellent communication skillsActive listening skillsExcellent managerial skillsStrong work ethicExcellent time managementMinimum Qualification Requirements:Grade 12 qualificationNQF Level 4 certificationRE5 accreditationNCA accreditation (legislative requirement)CPD hours up to dateClass of business qualificationAdditional Requirements:Must reside in the Randburg areaMust have own reliable transportWillingness to work weekends and public holidaysMinimum of 2 years of COMMERCIAL/dealership or banking experienceProduct knowledge will be an advantageExperience with Signio software is preferredPackage and Benefits:Basic salary + performance-based commission structureMonthly cell phone allowance15 Days Annual leaveMomentum Provident FundDiscovery Life Insurance
