The crucial information derived from our tests, instruments and informatics systems are often the first step in patient care decision making for hundreds of health conditions from heart attacks to blood disorders to infectious diseases and cancers.The Commercial Excellence Specialist enables commercial decision making by analyzing market, customer, product, revenue, territory and sales execution metrics. Also creating Power BI dashboards that provide insights for scenario planning and risk management. Ensuring sales excellence tools are being used and processes are being implemented as designed. Also, is responsible for driving data quality and integrity.What You'll Do:Background data to IBP, check the quality and find the gaps.Follow up value creation activities with Country Commercial Excellence Managers, collect and report the advancements monthly.Subject matter expert for sales excellence tools and processes relative to data management and associated KPIs.Prepare dashboards and KPIs for monthly IBP on time and accurately.Provide analytics and insights that help commercial teams improve or maximize execution and results.Success in this role is measured by consolidating KPIs under Power BI dashboards and collaborating with Finance, Sales, Marketing to provide accurate data on time and turn the data into actionable insights.Be the Mydash (ADD CRM Process & Tool) Champion for the Global and Area Marketing Teams, including data stewardship relevant to Product Transition.Support and maintain Mydash for commercial that aligns with global standardized support system.Driving Data Quality and Integrity within Mydash.Area Subject Matter Expert for Sales Excellence Tools and Processes relative to Data Management - Mydash, Business Planning and Execution Tracker, etc.Lead business analytics manage data (My Dash & other Power BI Commercial excellence tools (CE, ECC, TCC etc.) & continuously monitor KPIs to assure fulfillment of activities, meeting global/regional industry standards & enhancing efficiency, using innovative approaches while building on current systems/tools in hand.Manage & develop reports & dashboards to monitor both activity & performance.Custodian of Territory Coverage Model and Assignment.Data analysis to create sales presentation, pipeline review sheets.Manage instrument and Assay demand planning and load to TM1 IBM informatics.Keeping track of Instrument Demand files and opportunities. Follow up with the relevant stakeholders to ensure shipment.Drive the best-in-class assumption based commercial planning processes, tools and behaviors for ADD Commercial New Product Activity (New Product Launch, Product Retirement and New Product). By utilizing available data sets, the role will support EMEA Marketing Teams on the Development, Implementation and Effectiveness Monitoring of ADD Marketing Plans.Development of standardized insights to support the enablement of strong decision making which will be led by the Cluster Managers.Monthly sales reports, participates in the control of business results, analysis of sales actual results vs forecast.Challenges commercial teams on execution and results.Coordination with Distributors for order processing, Order processing – Quotations, Proforma Invoices (PFI).Work with all internal stakeholders to find common working platform and drive assistance to the sales team to deliver the numbers.Required QualificationsA bachelor's degree in commercial management or related is required.2 - 3 years of experience is required.Strong experience using Microsoft Office and the extended VB Scripting Library.Deep understanding and practical experience using reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.Demonstrated ability to operate in a cross-functional matrixed environment.Demonstrated business analytical capabilities preferably Sales Analytics and CRM Management.Preferred QualificationsApply NowFollow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
