Commercial Attorney Tax

Red Ember recruitment is looking for a Commercial Attorney (Tax) for a Legal Practice situated in the V & A Waterfront Cape Town requires the professional services of a Commercial Attorney with Tax experience.
Duties and Responsibilities: Drafting negotiating and reviewing various documents.
Attending meeting with clients to discuss matters and client requests.
Developing and implementing effective Tax Structures Conducting indepth legal research to stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations.
Skills: Must have a proven background and understanding of Commercial Law Excellent communication negotiation and drafting skills.
Strong analytical ability with meticulous attention to detail.
Leadership capabilities demonstrating autonomy and teamwork.
Resilience the role will entail long working hours and the ability to perform under pressure.
Ability to foster and maintain strong client relationships.
