Law firm in Pretoria is looking for a Commercial Attorney (4+ years post article experience) to join their team.MUST be a commercial law specialist with experience in this specific field of law.Position available for a dynamic attorney with 4+ years post article experience, specialising predominantly in non-litigious corporate and commercial law matters:LLB degreeB.
Com / Finance degree will be advantageousLLM in corporate and commercial law will be advantageousStrong contract drafting skillsSound knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial transactions (incl.
M&A's, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Deal Structuring, Transactional Tax, etc.
)Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
Fluency in Afrikaans will be advantageous.Fully computer literate (incl.
