Job briefLeading Financial Services Client in Johannesburg requires a Senior Forensic Investigation Specialist to lead, investigate, and provide expertise in diverse cases, including card fraud, merchant acquiring fraud, application fraud across various products, and internal investigations.ResponsibilitiesDesign and structure investigations to ensure a clear focus and efficient execution.Evidence managementImplement and maintain a risk-based approach for prioritizing and managing investigations.Develop and maintain agile processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the investigations function.Manage operations in line with budgets.RequirementsMatric / Grade 12Tertiary Qualification - Diploma/Degree (Risk management / Fraud / Forensics)Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)Minimum 5 years experience in Forensic Field Investigation gained within Banking IndustryKnowledge of Merchant acquiring, card and other retail banking product related investigations.Knowledge of risk management frameworks and operational risk methodologies.
