Responsibilities:Support of the CEO in all key stakeholder relationshipsAssume lead responsibility for the financial activitiesDevelop the company's Business Development capability, effectiveness and processesLead and manage the company's M&A activityLead and manage relationships with capital and debt funders, insurance and legal providersLead and manage the financial strategy of the companyResponsible for developing and maintaining effective and efficient Treasury management processes and reportingResponsible for developing the external funding strategy and relationships that will support the growth of the businessResponsible for overseeing the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processesResponsible for reporting to executive and Board structuresResponsible for developing the Company's Credit functionDevelop and execute the company's financial strategyDevelop and lead the project finance functionResponsible for financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and complianceImplement robust financial controlsOptimize financial processesLead cashflow managementImplement strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize financial riskIdentify and mitigate financial and other business risks
