Job DescriptionPerformance & Delivery Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, interim, and year-end management reports ensuring key issues are highlighted with focus on key value drivers and trend analysis.Assist and advise discipline Managers & Superintendents to develop budgets by providing insights into financial data and consolidating inputs.Provide business case modelling support for on-site projects and initiatives, making recommendations on expenditure decisions to the disciplines.Support preparation of financial forecasts that include forward-looking risks and opportunities.Collaborate with discipline to develop risk register, proactively providing financial evaluation of risk mitigation strategies.Provide discipline-specific financial reports and analysis.Drive delivery of sustainability activities relevant to discipline and set out in the Life of Asset Plan.Analyse performance and anticipate, research and resolve issues, including identifying the impact of operating anomalies and adverse financial trends.Manage compliance of the teams within work area with external local requirements.Participate in performance and diagnostic reviews and provide supporting analysis as required.Liaise effectively with key business contacts and build strong working relationships.Sustainability & Social Drive delivery of sustainability activities relevant to discipline and manage compliance with environmental and social requirements.Identify environmental and social risks and propose mitigation techniques.Identify environmental and social opportunities and introduce sustainability initiatives.Foster awareness of environmental and social sustainability within the team.This role is at a Band 6 Level reporting to the Specialist Commercial: Controlling & Reporting. QualificationsPostgraduate qualifications within Business Accounting, Finance, Economics CIMA/CA(SA)/CFA Experience.Experience At least 5 years' experience in a similar role, 2 years of which should be in a Mining/PGMs environment.Experience in Financial Management systems, Essbase and SAP.Experience in Capital and Project Appraisals.Additional InformationAdvise computer skills.Successful candidate will undergo medical assessment.Who We Are
