Job Title: Club CEO - Strategic Operations DirectorThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of club operations, including Clubhouse, F&B, Finance, Golf Operations, Golf Course, Padel, Play Area and Lifestyle Centre.This position reports to the President of the Club and will be responsible for managing resources to maximum effect, as well as financial management of the Club.We are looking for a seasoned leader with relevant GM/CEO experience in hospitality or golf, who can develop a coherent culture with clarity, vision, values and practices that align with the broader vision and goals of the Club.Key Responsibilities:Efficient day-to-day operational and financial management of the ClubManagement of golf course maintenance, golf and other sporting activities including tournaments and event organisationEquipment and infrastructure management, human resource management, and compliance with regulatory requirementsPreparation, development and ongoing analysis of budgets and management accountsCreation and execution of effective sales & marketing solutions to promote golfing and commercial opportunities at the ClubDevelopment and implementation of strategic plans to realise the Club's vision for the futureEfficient and effective human resource management to ensure the staff are motivatedRequirements:General management experience with sound financial knowledgeGood skills in recruiting, training, monitoring, evaluating, and motivating personnelGood interpersonal skills to resolve conflict and work with employees at all levels, as well as suppliers, members, visiting golfers and general members of the publicA good level of communication skills including articulate proficiency in written and oral English languageHighest standards of integrity, diplomacy, thoughtfulness, analytical ability, decision making and common senseWhat We Offer:BGA Recruitment is committed to providing a healthy environment conducive to maximizing capabilities and supporting operational excellence, member engagement and continuous improvement of all processes.Application Process:A full job specification will be available for short-listed candidates.
