Cloud Solution Manager

Job Overview:
The Cloud Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients and ensuring the successful delivery of cloud services. This role involves developing account strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud services and excellent client management skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all aspects of the client relationship.
Develop and implement account strategies to meet client needs and achieve revenue targets.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional cloud services to existing clients.
Work closely with the technical team to ensure the successful delivery and support of cloud solutions.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and achievements.
Address client concerns and ensure issues are resolved promptly and to the client's satisfaction.
Maintain a deep understanding of the organization's cloud offerings and the value they bring to clients.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business.
Monitor industry trends and client needs to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the cloud or IT services industry.
Strong understanding of cloud services and solutions, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts.
