Cloud Engineer with MS SQL Server and MySQL
Job Overview Business Segment: Personal & Private Banking
To support and contribute to a small number of products or work streams relating to the design and implementation of Cloud solutions, operating across a number of Service Teams within SBSA, and proactively engaging with internal stakeholders in the delivery of Cloud solutions. Deploy and operate work that pertains to Client Service Database operations. Extensive knowledge and understanding of operational SQL databases and associated operating systems and a good understanding of the related banking business applications utilizing SQL databases.

5 - 8 years
Experience in operation and administration of SQL databases, the SQL server application and hosted applications requirements. Experience in Development, Automating and Scripting using tools such as CHEF, PowerShell, Python, Visual Studio etc. Good understanding of the current state of IT Infrastructure, specifically pertaining to SQL technology for banking applications hosting.Technology
2 - 3 years
Experience gained in using production systems and technologies, for example load balancing, monitoring, distributed systems, microservices, and configuration management. Designing and executing small scale systems automation projects with strong autonomy. Be familiar with software engineering best practices such as testing, continuous integration and continuous delivery. Good knowledge and understanding of SQL from SQL 2016 down to SQL 2005 and Azure Cloud and/or AWS Cloud Services.
