MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES Degree / Diploma in Nursing EducationCurrent registration with the South African Nursing Council as a Professional NurseCurrent registration with the South African Nursing Council as a Nurse Educator, Assessor and Moderator MINIMUM EXPERIENCE Three years of working experience in a hospital or clinic. ADDED ADVANTAGES Development of teaching material and assessment of studentsAdvanced Computer skillsExperience in Community Engagement SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Job Specific Knowledge: Strong knowledge and expertise in general nursingStrong knowledge of nursing skills Job Specific Skills: Good knowledge and application of Microsoft Office packages andCorrect use of Teaching and Learning as well as clinical Facilities/TechnologiesExcellent interpersonal & presentation skillsTime ManagementManagement of student diversity, e.g.
