Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Tile Setter to join our domestic construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing tiles on various surfaces to enhance the appearance and functionality of spaces.
Responsibilities

Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to determine tile layouts
Prepare surfaces by cleaning and leveling them
Cut, shape, and install tiles using hand tools and power tools
Ensure tiles are properly aligned and spaced
Apply grout and sealant to secure tiles in place
Repair or replace damaged tiles as needed

Skills

Proficient in tile setting techniques
Ability to use power tools effectively
Familiarity with reading schematics and blueprints
Skilful with hand tools for cutting and shaping tiles
Knowledge of painting techniques is advantageous
Previous experience as a carpenter is a plus

Job Type: Freelance
Pay: £173.04-£191.39 per day
