Climate Risk And Adaptation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Climate Specialist Consultant. The successful candidate will have a strong background in undertaking climate risk and adaptation assessments and developing relevant strategies. This role is crucial in helping our clients transition towards a sustainable future.Key Responsibilities:Undertake climate risk and adaptation assessments for our clients using appropriate tools, frameworks and data sets.Develop relevant strategies based on the assessments.Provide expert advice on climate change adaptation strategies.Awareness of the latest trends and regulations in the field of climate change.Qualifications and experience:Degree in Environmental Science, Climate Risk, Sustainability, or a related field.Proven experience of 4-6 years in a similar role.Strong understanding of climate change issues and risk management processes.Experience working with global climate risk frameworks such as the TCFD.Knowledge and experience of developing nature strategies under the TNFD will be advantageous.Skills:Project managementCollaborationCritical thinkingLeading teamsBusiness development
