Providing first-line support to clients and sales support such as:1.
Rendering client services.2.
Administrating claims.3.
Advising clients.4.
Office administration.5.
Documentation and filing.
Educational requirements:Matric (Grade 12) Technical requirements:Recognised qualification as per the FSCA.RE 5.Registration as an Employee Representative (FSCA).
Experience:2 years in the insurance industry.1 year client services.1 year experience in category A, B, C and retail benefits (advantageous).
