Shipping Administrator (Fixed Term Contract)

Job Description

Receiving new orders from sales team and arranging shipping
Obtaining and Negotiating rates with service providers and clearing and forwarding agents
Prepare and provide documents to customers in accordance with the Incoterm & terms of shipment standard operating procedures
Arranging for bookings and Compiling export documentation
Maintain consistent and accurate communication with the sales teams, customer services and customers
Ensure compliance with all export regulations and legislation, including hazardous goods
Process all invoicing, generate billing
Maintain shipping information on the system and shipping register
Received and process service providers invoices for payment
General administration and filing

Qualifications & Experience

Matric
Bachelor's degree or Advanced Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Transport & Logistics Management or International Trade
Sap Knowledge
1 to 2 Years' experience in shipping
