YourMatricA minimum of 2 years working experience in an administrative support role in the financial services industryAbility to do routine work with a lot of direct contact with financial advisors and providersAbility to communicate freely and fluently is essential - Fluent in English (speak, read and write)Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)Will Enable You ToGeneral:Assistance with advisor/provider enquiries with correct, quick and efficient support, in line with the SLA deadlinesManage the Astute recon and PI Cover deduction process from time to timeArrange/courier business cards and marketing material as needed and manage the invoicing allocations processManage the stationary in the office from time to timeAssist with general and special projects as and when requiredAttend to any divisional support activities as may be required and requested from the head of your divisionEnsure office equipment is functional and attend to supplies, maintenance and cost allocations (e.g., printer, etc.)Referral Agreement Process:Manage the referral application and closure process (new and existing representatives) in line with the standard operating proceduresManage the referral register (to be updated and maintained on a regular basis)Provide weekly feedback to HODProvider Agreement Process:Manage the provider agreement process in line with the standard operating proceduresLiaise with all relevant departments regarding deadline dates, content, communication, closure/renewal of agreement and deliveryRequest client lists from MIS/Commissions for preparation of communication and updating purposesManage, update and implement changes to documents to ensure document integrityManage folders on Sharepoint/CommsplitManage the provider register (to be updated and maintained on a regular basis)Provide weekly feedback to HOData Management and Maintenance:Manage data completeness in line with the standard operating proceduresLiaise with all relevant departments regarding data importsManage, update and implement changes to data to ensure data integrityManage reconciliation process in line with the standard operating proceduresProvide weekly feedback to HODRegister Maintenance and Projects:Manage registers process in line with the standard operating proceduresLiaise with all relevant departments regarding deadline dates, content, communication, closures, cancellations and deliveryManage, update and implement changes to documents/registers to ensure document integrityManage relevant folders on Sharepoint/CommsplitProvide weekly feedback to HOD
